The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa and Marina in San Diego, California. The hotel is located on Mission Bay, with great meeting space for our group, easy access to restaurants and recreation, the beach, and downtown.
Rooms will be available for $179 plus tax for Sunday, Dec 6 through Friday, Dec 11. The group rate will be available 3 days before and after the event, depending on availability. The resort fee has been waived for our group.

From San Diego International Airport (SAN)
Taxis
Taxis at San Diego International Airport (SAN) pick up from designated Transportation Plazas located directly across from Terminals 1 and 2. Follow the signs for “Ground Transportation” to these plazas on the arrivals level to find taxis.
Ride Apps
Lyft, Uber, Opoli, and Wingz are authorized to operate at SAN.
Terminal 1 Pickup Location: Upon exiting baggage claim, use the pedestrian crosswalk. See signage for assistance.
Terminal 2 Pickup Location: Upon exiting baggage claim, use the main crosswalk to Transportation Plaza. Ridesharing pick-up is located in the second lane on the right. See signage for assistance.
Public Transportation
The San Diego Flyer is a free shuttle service connecting San Diego International Airport to the Old Town Transit Center. It runs approximately every 20-30 minutes seven days a week. The first pick-up is at 4:45 a.m., and the last drop-off is at 12:30 a.m.
You can take the MTS Route 8 or 9 bus from the Old Town Transit Center to the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay, which takes approximately 20-30 minutes. One way fares are $2.50, and a 1-day pass is $6. The route involves approximately 0.4 miles of walking.
